Nicole has practiced yoga and meditation for seven years. Her love of yoga began on retreat at Omega Institute, when yoga became a practice that linked her physical and spiritual well being. From there it became an integral part of her life, culminating in the completion of a 200-hour Vinyasa yoga certification in an intimate class setting in Northern Liberties. Nicole's classes provide a playful, connected experience with an emphasis on listening to the body and honoring the present moment. Nicole incorporates lessons learned from workshops with Sonia Choquette, Anodea Judith, Sharon Salzberg, Lorne Ladner, Terry Hunt, and Matthew Daniell (Vipassana meditation).
